Mobility is more than movement. It is freedom, dignity, and opportunity.

The Rotary Club of Gingoog Bay proudly joined the Rotary Club of Tacurong and its partners in distributing 50 wheelchairs to deserving beneficiaries in Tacurong City, including 45 standard wheelchairs and 5 specialized wheelchairs for children with cerebral palsy.

This meaningful initiative brought renewed hope to individuals and families, proving that when communities come together in service, lives are transformed and barriers are broken.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Wheelchair Foundation and Chair The Love for their generosity and unwavering commitment to making this life-changing initiative possible.

We are likewise honored by the presence of PDG Rogelio Buot Jr., whose dedication to Rotary’s mission continues to inspire Rotarians and communities alike.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to Mayor Lina Inday Namon Montilla, PhD, for her invaluable support and partnership, which played a vital role in the success of this undertaking.

This is Rotary at its finest living out the spirit of Service Above Self, one life, one family, and one community at a time.

Lights, camera, service! ✨

The Rotary Club of Gingoog Bay takes center stage at “Oh La La Valencia”, headed by President Jenalyn Napone, delivering a performance worthy of the golden age of cinema: where excellence never goes out of style.

And here’s the showstopper, darling: 1 out of 50 clubs in the District 3870 to land in the Top 5 Diamond Prestige Awardees and be recognized among the TRF Giving Clubs. Now that’s a headline fit for the front page.

Grace, grit, and a touch of glamour, the club brought home accolades that speak louder than applause.

🌟 Top 5 Diamond Prestige Awardee
🌟 Top 10 Platinum Awardee
🌟 Gold Impact Awardee
🌟 Gold Reach Awardee
🌟 Gold Engage Awardee
🌟 Gold Adapt Awardee
🌟 EREY Qualified Club
🌟 Top 4 TRF Giving Club
🌟 Top 2 Club in Polio Giving Fund

A performance defined not by applause, but by impact. Because in this story, service is the real star. Viva Rotary International District 3870!

On January 19, members of the Rotary Club of Gingoog Bay together with our international partners from the Rotary Club of Gwangju–Songjoo visited the Global Grant Project: Technical and Vocational Equipment at Gingoog City Comprehensive High School.

This project, made possible through a Rotary Foundation Global Grant in partnership with Rotary International District 3710 (Republic of Korea), aims to enhance technical and vocational education by providing students with access to modern, skills-building equipment—opening pathways to employment and lifelong opportunities.

Through global collaboration and shared service, Rotary continues to empower youth and invest in education that transforms lives.
