Please be informed that the 2025–2026 Vehicle Sticker remains valid until further notice.

Kindly note that the issuance of new vehicle stickers is still under discussion and planning by the Association. We are carefully finalizing the guidelines and process to ensure a smooth implementation for everyone.

📢 PLANNING AN ACTIVITY IN OUR VILLAGE?

Whether it’s a community event, celebration, or special gathering, we kindly remind everyone that filling out and submitting the Village Activity Form is required prior to any activity.

This simple step helps us:
✨ Ensure proper coordination with the HOA and Property Management
✨ Keep our community safe, organized, and respectful for all
✨ Align activities with our Village Rules and local guidelines

📋 What to do?

1. Download the Village Activity Form from the ShareDrive link below

2. Fill it out completely
3. Submit to the HOA Office or your Village BOD
4. Wait for approval before proceeding

📢 Membership Fee Collection Now Ongoing

Dear Homeowners,

As we continue to build a more organized, transparent, and service-driven community, we are now collecting the One-Time Membership Fee of ₱1,000.00.

This fee will support the initial setup and operations of our HOA—including registration, administrative systems, and basic services that will directly benefit our neighborhood.

To make it easier for everyone, payment may be done in installments of up to 10 months. 🙌

You may pay through your Village Officers with Cash or GCash options available. An acknowledgement receipt will be issued for every payment.

We sincerely ask for your support as we lay the foundation for a stronger, more transparent, and sustainable community for all. 💙

📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF THE BOARD

RE: FINAL POSITION ON KENSINGTON PHASE 4 (KS4)

For the information and guidance of all homeowners of Kensington Phase 4 (KS4):

The Board of Directors hereby confirms that the Association has reached finality in its decision with respect to the status of KS4, following recent developments and pronouncements indicating its intent to proceed independently.

The Association acknowledges that a Letter of Intent (LOI) was previously submitted on behalf of KS4. This was relied upon in good faith, and with the sincere intention of supporting the KS4 community, in:

• including KS4 in the Association’s integration plans; and

• extending coverage under existing arrangements with the Property Management and the Developer, thereby ensuring the continuation of basic services for the benefit of its homeowners.

These actions were undertaken not as acts of interference, but as a good faith response to a request for inclusion and assistance.

In this light, the Board’s final decision clearly dispels any unfounded allegations of interference or intent to take control of KS4. The Association’s involvement was, at all times, premised on cooperation, consent, and the welfare of the community.

Accordingly, Kensington Phase 4 (KS4) is no longer included in the integration process, and all arrangements previously extended on the basis of the LOI are deemed terminated, including coverage under service-related agreements.

This decision is made in the interest of clarity, accountability, and proper governance, and to prevent further confusion arising from inconsistent or unofficial representations.

While the Association respects the right of KS4 to determine its own direction, it underscores that such determination must be made through proper process and with full accountability to its homeowners.

This issuance shall serve as final guidance on the matter.

Please be informed that as per HICD/CIDC guidelines, homeowners with a VALID Construction Permit are no longer required to proceed to the Leighton Office to secure a Gate Pass.

For deliveries of construction materials, simply present your VALID Construction Permit to the security personnel at the gate for VERIFICATION.

We encourage everyone to comply accordingly to ensure smooth and efficient entry of deliveries.
