Fraternal Greetings!

Let it be known to all TRISKELION, TAU GAMMA PHI/SIGMA TRISKELIONS' GRAND FRATERNITY/SORORITY, that BENJAMIN “ASH” CO**HA resident of Carmencita Community Chapter under Floridablanca Triskelion Municipal Council is hereby Terminated/Dismissed/Reject/Dismembered, from his membership to Tau Gamma Phi Triskelions' Grand Fraternity, Carmencita Community Chapter for being inactive to all activity of the fraternity, and for violating our house rules, Tenets and Codes of Conduct.

Basis for Resolution
This decision is the final result of persistent and grave violations of the Tau Gamma Phi Tenets and Codes of Conduct, as well as blatant disregard for the Chapter's House Rules and Regulations. His actions have been deemed fundamentally inconsistent with the discipline and sacred principles of the Tau Gamma Phi Triskelions' Grand Fraternity.

Final Directive
Effective immediately, by the authority of the Carmencita Community Chapter:
Revocation of Rights: All rights, titles, and privileges of membership are hereby forfeited.

No Representation: The aforementioned individuals are strictly prohibited from representing the Carmencita Community Chapter, Floridablanca Triskelion Municipal Council or the Tau Gamma Phi in any capacity, public or private.

Strict Compliance: All members are expected to be guided accordingly and to uphold the honor and integrity of our brotherhood above all else.

This Rejection/dismissal letter will affect the given date (March 2, 2026) So ordered,

Ang bloodletting activity na inorganisa ng Floridablanca Triskelion Municipal Council ay mahalagang community service kung saan sama-samang nagdodonate ng dugo ang mga miyembro at residente. Layunin nitong mapunan ang kakulangan sa suplay ng dugo sa lokal na ospital at health centers.

Ito ay gaganapin sa Hunyo 29, 2025 sa Covered Court, Brgy Gutad, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

Sa ilalim ng adbokasiyang “DONATE BLOOD, BE A HERO IN DISGUISE,” pinapalaganap ng Council ang boluntaryong pagtulong at malasakit sa tao. Hindi lamang nakatutulong ito sa mga pasyenteng nangangailangan, pinagyayaman din nito ang diwa ng pagkakaisa at pakikipagkapwa sa buong komunidad ng FLORIDABLANCA. 🫡
