The Youth Leaders Organization (YOLO) stands in solidarity with the people and government of Venezuela in the face of the recent U.S. military strike and abduction of President Nicolás Maduro. This brazen act of aggression is a stark reminder of the continuing U.S. imperialist agenda in Latin America, a campaign aimed at exploiting resources, undermining sovereignty, and imposing neocolonial control.

We categorically condemn the U.S. war machine for its illegal incursion into Venezuelan territory and the abduction of its democratically elected leaders. Such actions are not only a violation of international law, but a direct attack on the self-determination and dignity of the Venezuelan people.

YOLO calls on all youth, progressive movements, and global citizens to resist imperialist aggression wherever it occurs. The struggle of Venezuela is the struggle of all oppressed peoples against foreign domination, exploitation, and militarism. We demand:

• Immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces from Venezuelan soil.
• Release of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.
• An end to U.S. imperialism and intervention in Latin America.
• Solidarity with Venezuela in defending its sovereignty, resources, and revolutionary achievements.

The future belongs to youth who stand for justice, peace, and national freedoms. We reject the guns, bombs, and threats of imperial powers. We affirm our commitment to revolutionary internationalism, and we will fight against the U.S. war machine wherever it seeks to impose its will.

The Youth Leaders Organization (YOLO) is proud to announce that we are now a registered youth organization under the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) of the National Youth Commission, through the Local Youth Development Office El Salvador City.

This milestone marks an important step in strengthening YOLO’s legitimacy and capacity to serve the youth through programs focused on volunteerism, civic engagement, human rights education, mental health awareness, and community outreach.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Local Youth Development Office of El Salvador City, headed by our Youth Development Officer Ma'am Ferlyn Dunn D. Buna, for the guidance and support in this process. As a YORP-registered organization, YOLO commits to developing sustainable initiatives and working collaboratively with partners to advance youth leadership and empowerment in our city.

This is only the beginning. The work continues.

This activity aims to strengthen youth leadership, deepen civic understanding, and equip participants with practical knowledge for community engagement.

Ang Youth Leaders Organization (YOLO) ay nakikiisa sa buong sambayanan sa paggunita ng Araw ni Bonifacio ngayong Nobyembre 30, 2025, bilang pagpupugay sa kabayanihan at rebolusyonaryong diwa ni G*t Andres Bonifacio, Ama ng Rebolusyong Pilipino at nagtatag ng Katipunan.

Ang tapang at tapat na paninindigan ni Bonifacio para sa tunay na paglaya ng bayan ay patuloy na paalala na ang laban para sa kalayaan at dangal ay hindi nagwawakas. Ang kaniyang matatag na panawagan laban sa pang-aapi ay umaalingawngaw pa rin sa mga hamon na kinahaharap natin ngayon.

Sa diwa ng maalab na pakikibaka ni Bonifacio laban sa pang-aabuso at paghahari-harian, buong pagsang-ayon na nakikiisa ang Youth Leaders Organization sa iba't ibang progresibo at mga samahang sibil na nagsasagawa ng kilos-protesta ngayong araw.

Iisa ang aming tinig sa pagtutol sa laganap na katiwalian, lalo na sa umano'y multi-bilyong pisong “budget insertions,” mga pekeng proyekto, at sa bulok na kasakiman na nagpapayaman sa iilan habang patuloy na naghihirap ang sambayanang Filipino.

Gaya ng pakikibaka ng Katipunan para sa kalayaan, kami, ang kabataan, ay lumalaban para sa isang Pilipinas kung saan ang bawat piso ay para sa taumbayan, at ang kultura ng katiwaliang dumadaya sa bayan ay tuluyang mapawi.

Nawa'y maging apoy ng ating sama-samang pagkilos ang rebolusyonaryong diwa ni Bonifacio para sa tunay na pagbabago at pananagutan!

The Youth Leaders Organization (YOLO) was actively represented earlier today at the SIAP 4th Brown Bag Session on Rights Literacy, held at AVR 2 of XU Ateneo de Cagayan.

The session tackled the critical discussion on "Advocacy Risk: How can advocates and journalists work on sensitive issues, such as extrajudicial killings (EJKs) or red-tagging, while minimizing personal risk? What are the legally protected limits of free expression?”

We were honored to learn from the insights shared during the session, notably from Sir Froilan Gallardo, President of the Cagayan de Oro Press Club and a respected activist, who is pictured in the middle. His expertise provided valuable context on navigating high-risk advocacy.

This educational discussion is vital for understanding the delicate balance between exercising free expression and navigating complex, high-risk advocacy environments. YOLO remains committed to deepening its understanding of human rights and responsible civic engagement.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our executive team and contribute to the effective administration of the organization's mission and initiatives.

The Secretary is essential for maintaining the organizational structure and ensuring effective communication and documentation among the leadership and members.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Preparing, distributing, and maintaining accurate records of all organizational meetings and proceedings.
2. Drafting professional official correspondence, reports, and formal letters on behalf of the organization.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗬𝗢𝗟𝗢 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗔𝗜𝗗 & 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗡 💛

Earlier today, the Youth Leaders Organization (YOLO) successfully turned over the donated clothes to the Molugan Barangay Council. We were honored to have Kagawad Rose Omadlao officially receive the goods on behalf of the affected residents.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all kind donors, especially the Daug Family, who generously contributed the majority of the clothing for this relief effort. Your enormous act of kindness made this turnover possible! 🙏

After the turnover, the YOLO team shifted gears and headed to Molugan National High School, which served as a critical evacuation site during the recent flash floods. Our volunteers dedicated time to cleaning the comfort rooms of the Senior High School Building. This effort helps restore the facility and ensures a clean and safe environment for students returning to their classes.

This relief operation is a testament to the power of unity and community service. Thank you to everyone who supported our on-ground efforts!

The leadership of the Youth Leaders Organization (YOLO) convened earlier today for its monthly Meeting and Kamustahan, aimed at assessing ongoing initiatives, strengthening organizational coordination, and planning upcoming activities.

Present during the meeting were:
