𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨 as 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐄𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬. In this distinguished role, he is entrusted with presiding over a dynamic assembly of student leaders and upholding the highest standards of integrity, order, and deliberative excellence in the campus legislative arena.

Navarro’s assumption of office marks a decisive step toward a more principled, participatory, and student‑centered governance framework within the university. Guided by a clear commitment to academic advancement, student welfare, and youth empowerment, his leadership is expected to champion evidence‑informed policies that amplify the collective voice of the student body and strengthen the culture of service in Isabela State University – Echague Campus.

𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙗𝙮 𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢

Well-being is not a privilege to be earned, but a basic need that must be accessible to everyone—regardless of race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, economic status, or background.

Corruption is a virus which tampers the system designed to provide civilians with proper facilities, local resources, and equitable access to healthcare services. Community well-being is currently being used as a weapon for tyrannical gain, while the people for whom the system was built faces a series of unfortunate demise. Community health can never truly prosper in an environment which lacks accountability from those who took its ability to properly exist for its purpose.

We, the Community Health Integration and Promotion Society, stand in solidarity among those who choose to use their voice as a medium to fight against corruption and bureaucrat capitalism.

As we continue our lives within the premise of a democratic country, it is only our right to claim the freedom and privilege of having undemanding access to basic human needs.

Our executive officers proudly represented 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 (CHIPS) during the Campus Mass Induction Ball 2025 cm 58th ASEAN Day Celebration brought together by the Supreme Student Council (SSC), Student Body Organizations (SBO), College-based and Campus-based Organizations, with the theme “𝙀𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮.” on August 28, 2025 at the University Amphitheater.

This meaningful event served as more than just a celebration—it is a commitment. It's about growing as student leaders, learning to hone our skills, and embracing the responsibility of turning our vision into action for our organization and the community. 🏘️🤝
