The Metro Dumaguete College Supreme Student Government (MDC-SSG) was recognized as an Outstanding Youth Organization during the Dumaguete Youth Achievers Awards held on December 23, 2025, at The Presidencia, City Hall Grounds, Dumaguete City.

In the same event, SSG President Roselyn P. Lorca was named one of the finalists for Outstanding Dumaguetnon Youth and was awarded a Certificate of Recognition.

The event was organized by the City Government of Dumaguete, through the Local Youth Development Office Dumaguete City and the Local Youth Development Council Dumaguete City, It was a remarkable night celebrating Dumaguetnon youth who embody leadership, service, and inspiration.
