NOTE: In "Additional Details" please
indicate if you are registering as a "Volunteer" or simply as a "Member". These are the main differences between being a volunteer or member:
Registering as a "Volunteer" means you will be appointed as a contact person/coordinator for your area/city - members who visit your place will have the option of contacting you for photo shoots, or information about areas that are great for photo shoots, tourist spots, hotels, restaurants, etc. - any information that would help a Caffeinated Photographer traveling in that area. You will have all the benefits of being a member but with added responsibilities. This will be strictly voluntary and all members are under no obligation to meet up with a fellow member should they have more pressing things to attend to – all meet ups will be at the sole discretion of the “coordinator” in that specific area. This program is meant to facilitate coordination and goodwill between members and since this is strictly voluntary, Caffeinated Photographers will not be held accountable for any mishaps that may occur during the said activity. Registering as a "Member" will allow you to see the list of available contact persons in each area when you travel there but you won't be added as a "coordinator" in your area. ONLY ADMINS WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF THE MEMBERS - the only time a member will be given the contact details of a coordinator is when he/she is planning a trip to that area. All photographers are welcome to sign up – and we welcome members from other local clubs and organizations. Caffeinated Photographers is an international community so it will be in our best interests to coordinate with local clubs and organizations. Photographers will not be barred from joining simply because they already belong to an existing club or organization – this program will be open to everyone. All aforementioned plans are still subject to change without notice but before formally launching this program, we would welcome suggestions and input from our members. To ensure that nobody will abuse this system, we will require all members who want to participate in this program to register – the Admins will maintain a database of all registered members. Members will only meet up with photographers who are registered in the database – should they insist on a meet up with non-registered photographers, they do so at their own risk. The Admins of Caffeinated Photographers reserve the right to revoke the membership of any photographer found to have violated the “Membership Guidelines” that will be published at a later date.
