To ensure smooth access to the ORBIT System Student Portal, all students are required to have an active G Suite account. Please follow the activation process carefully based on your situation: whether you are a new student without an account, a student who forgot your password or cannot access your account, or a student who already has access.

For freshmen or students without a G Suite account, proceed to the ICT Office with your Official Receipt (O.R.) or Enrollment Registration Certificate (ERC). ICT personnel will assist you in encoding your information and setting up your account.

If you forgot your password or cannot access your account, send a message to the SJP2CD ICT Operations page with a clear photo or screenshot of your ERC, O.R., or School ID and wait for assistance from ICT personnel.

Students who already have an active account may continue using school services without further action, as G Suite is required for accessing the ORBIT System.

✅ Please ensure your account credentials remain secure and follow all instructions carefully to avoid delays in accessing your student portal.

𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦’ 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 2026: 𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 (April 29, 2026)

1. All bona fide students enrolled in Business Administration at St. John Paul II College of Davao are required to vote.

2. Voting will be done face-to-face and the votes will be cast by a secret ballot as stipulated in the Article IV of the Constitution and By-Laws.

3. Officers shall be elected by majority vote. If no candidate receives a majority vote, a runoff election shall be held between the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes. Failure of election may be declared when the total votes cast does not reach the 50% + 1 threshold.

4. Votes shall be cast by a secret ballot.

5. The voting will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only at the school’s roofdeck.

6. Only the Business Administration Students’ Society Election Committee has the authority to declare the winners.
