โ€ŽToday, June 4, 2026, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Daliaon Plantation Chapter successfully participated in the conduct of ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐š๐๐š ๐„๐ฌ๐ค๐ฐ๐ž๐ฅ๐š ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” at ๐๐š๐ซ๐š๐œ๐š๐ฒ๐จ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ in the morning and ๐๐ฎ๐ž๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ in the afternoon. Joined by 16 dedicated PYAP members, the activity showcased the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and service among the youth.

โ€ŽThrough cleaning, organizing, and preparing school facilities, the volunteers contributed their time, effort, and enthusiasm to help create a safer and more conducive learning environment for students as they prepare for the upcoming school year. The activity served as a testament to the power of bayanihan and the commitment of young people to make a positive impact in their community.

The event was also attended by PYAP Presidents and members from Toril A, Toril B, Baguio, Calinan, Tugbok, and Marilog Districts, bringing together youth leaders from across the Third Congressional District.

โ€ŽThe gathering served as a valuable platform for sharing accomplishments, exchanging ideas and best practices, and fostering stronger collaboration among PYAP chapters. It also provided an opportunity for participants to discuss future plans, strengthen partnerships, and explore initiatives that will further empower the youth and benefit their respective communities.

These trees are highly valued for their durable and premium timber and are known as one of the main sources of the internationally traded lumber called โ€œPhilippine Mahogany.โ€

This Tree Planting Activity, carrying the theme โœจ โ€œ๐˜›๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ข ๐˜ด๐˜ข ๐˜’๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ช๐˜บ๐˜ข๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ, ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ ๐˜ด๐˜ข ๐˜’๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ฏ-๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ" was held at Purok 10, Daliaon Plantation in collaboration with the ๐ƒ๐š๐ฏ๐š๐จ ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐–๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ญ (๐ƒ๐‚๐–๐ƒ) ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐–๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐†๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐๐ข๐š๐ง๐ฌ. The activity started with an orientation about watersheds, their importance to communities, environmental preservation, and the significant role trees play in protecting nature and preventing disasters.
