The Makerspace Market has a new season to celebrate. 🌻🌺🌼

For the first time, the market is marking Kadayawan with Hiyas—bringing together makers across Mindanao. We’ve been building a community of local makers since the market launched in December.

For this season, our makers have been creating new pieces, seasonal collections, and limited-batch works made by hand.

Some are one of a kind.
Some come in very small quantities.
And some may only be here for Kadayawan.

WATCH: Two local maker brands from Creative Circle Philippines showcase their work at Duaw Davao 2026.

Knuts Lucky Gnomes and Kitsuukart are bringing their work into one of the city’s largest celebrations of culture, creativity, and community.

For many independent makers, growth doesn’t happen through visibility alone. It happens through intentional communities, connections, and opportunities where makers show up together that help their work reach the right audience.

Because an introduction isn’t a biography. It’s a positioning statement.

Most creative founders talk about what they make. Few talk about who they serve, why they create, and why their work matters.

That’s where positioning begins.

When you can clearly articulate the purpose behind your work, people stop hearing a product and start understanding the value it’s adding to the world and why it needs to be supported.

Conversations become more meaningful. Connection feels more natural. And people remember more than what you sell.

They remember why it matters to support it.

This is one of the many exercises our Inner Circle members practice as they build stronger brands, clearer messaging, and deeper connections with the people they hope to serve.

Because opportunities often begin with a simple introduction.
