One Thousand Harps Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit charitable organization founded in 2015 in Davao City, Philippines. Established with a vision to restore hope, transform lives, and empower communities, the Foundation began as a humble mission driven by compassion for underprivileged children, struggling families, indigenous communities, and marginalized sectors of society.

From its early beginnings, the Foundation focused on providing practical assistance and long-term development programs to communities experiencing poverty and limited access to education, nutrition, and livelihood opportunities. What started as a simple desire to help children and families eventually grew into a recognized humanitarian organization serving different areas in Mindanao and other communities in the Philippines.

The Foundation’s core programs include nutritional feeding programs, scholarship assistance, educational support, community outreach missions, moral recovery initiatives, youth empowerment, and livelihood development. Through partnerships with churches, volunteers, private donors, local organizations, and corporate supporters, the Foundation continuously expands its mission of bringing hope and opportunity to communities in need.

The name “One Thousand Harps” symbolizes worship, hope, healing, and unity — reflecting the organization’s commitment to restoring broken lives and inspiring people to discover their God-given purpose. Guided by its mission, the Foundation believes that every child deserves education, every family deserves dignity, and every community deserves the opportunity to rise above poverty.

Over the years, the Foundation has established feeding programs in remote and depressed communities, particularly among indigenous peoples and children suffering from malnutrition. It has also developed educational campaigns promoting the “Right to Education, Right to Hope,” helping students continue their studies despite economic hardship.

The organization continues to gain recognition through partnerships and accreditation efforts with local government units and civic institutions in the Philippines.
