As parents, we want our children to grow up confident, articulate, responsible, and ready to face the world.
But confidence doesn’t simply appear when they grow older. It is a skill that can be practiced, nurtured, and developed.
🎤 INTRODUCING GAVEL CLUB!
Gavel Club is a youth-focused communication and leadership outreach program of Toastmasters International. It provides children and young people (10 yrs old to 18) with a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where they can practice speaking, listening, leadership, teamwork, and self-expression.
No intimidating stage.
No pressure to be perfect.
Just a community where children can try, make mistakes, learn, and grow.
🌱 WHAT CAN YOUR CHILD GAIN?
✨ CONFIDENCE – Learn to speak in front of others without being overwhelmed by fear or embarrassment.
🗣️ COMMUNICATION SKILLS – Organize thoughts, express ideas clearly, tell stories, and communicate effectively.
💡 CRITICAL THINKING – Learn to think on their feet, answer unexpected questions, and develop their own opinions.
🤝 SOCIAL SKILLS – Practice listening, giving constructive feedback, working with others, and building friendships.
👑 LEADERSHIP – Take on responsibilities, facilitate activities, introduce speakers, evaluate, and learn how to lead a group.
❤️ EMOTIONAL COURAGE – Discover that it is okay to make mistakes, be nervous, and still step forward.
BUT WHY DOES YOUR CHILD NEED THIS?
Because the world your child is growing up in will ask them to speak up.
They will eventually need to introduce themselves, present in class, defend an idea, interview for a job, lead a team, resolve conflict, make decisions, and stand before people who are listening.
Academic knowledge may get them through a test.
But the ability to communicate that knowledge can open doors.
And perhaps most importantly, we want our children to grow up knowing:

Whether your child is naturally talkative or the quiet one in the room, Gavel Club can help them discover their unique voice—one speech, one activity, and one brave step at a time.
