LOOK | EmpowHER, the POWER AdDU Capacity Building and Leadership Training, brought officers together for a day of learning and leadership.

Officers underwent a mandatory Gender Sensitivity Training (GST), immersed themselves in the realities of the Pink Health Card, collaboratively proposed solutions from the perspectives of different stakeholders, and explored the invisible labor of women.

LOOK | POWER AdDU's core officers, together with the committee heads, convened for the organization's Annual Range Planning for the upcoming academic year last July 16.

During the session, the team discussed amendments to the organization's Constitution and By-Laws, introduced the new committee structure under each core office, and mapped out the organization's official events, initiatives, and key priorities for the year ahead.
