When things feel overwhelming, try finding healthy ways to care for yourself. Such as:

✨ Taking slow, deep breaths.
✨ Moving or stretching your body.
✨ Writing down what you're feeling.
✨ Listening to music.
✨ Spending time with someone you trust.
✨ Taking a break.
✨ Praying or reflecting.
✨ Asking for support.

Different strategies work for different people. What matters is finding ways to respond to difficult emotions without harming yourself or others.
You don't have to face difficult moments alone. πŸ’š

𝐈𝐍 ππ‡πŽπ“πŽπ’ | PCC Teambuilding & Workshop Activity

The Peer Care Circle (PCC) successfully held its Team Building and Workshop Activity last September 5, 2026, featuring β€œHelping with Heart: Emotional Awareness and Caring Conversations for Peer Facilitators,” with Mr. Arth Lourence Cipriano as the resource speaker.

Through meaningful discussions and team-building activities, our peer facilitators strengthened their emotional awareness, deepened their understanding of caring conversations, and renewed their commitment to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive school community.

May our PCC members continue to live out their motto, β€œHere to Hear You, Peer to Peer,” by listening with empathy, responding with care, and helping one another grow. Because sometimes, the greatest help begins with a heart that is willing to listen.

You are allowed to learn at your own pace.
You are allowed to make mistakes.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to ask for help.
You are allowed to begin again.

And most importantly:
You are worthy of kindnessβ€”including from yourself.

In the middle of busy days, take a moment to notice the things that bring light into your life.

A kind word.
A supportive friend.
A quiet moment.
A lesson learned.
A new day.

Gratitude doesn't erase life's difficultiesβ€”but it can help us notice the good that exists alongside them.

What is one thing you're grateful for today?

Advocacy can begin with something simple: listening without judgment, checking in on someone, sharing reliable information, and helping others know that support is available.

Every conversation that promotes understanding can make a difference.

Let us build a community where mental health is valued, conversations are welcomed, and no one has to feel alone.

Mental health struggles are not a sign of weakness, failure, or something to be ashamed of.

Behind every person is a story we may not know.
Let us choose compassion over judgment, listening over assumptions, and understanding over stigma.

A kinder community begins with how we treat one another.
