The Al Amal Helping Hands International Inc. in partnership with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos Davao RO will be holding a Virtual Qur'an Reading Contest for Children(Davao Region)

Category 1/Age 8 y.o.
Category 2/Age 9 y.o.
Category 3/Age 10 y.o
Category 4/Age 11 y.o.
Category 5/Age 12 y.o.

FOR CHOICE OF SURAH TO BE RECITED PLEASE READ THE PHOTO POSTED.

Mechanics:

1. Participants Male or Female must register/email their name, birthdate, home address and madrasah address(for validation) valid school id, birth certificate and 2x2 picture at [email protected].
2. Participants will make a video presentation reciting the surah based on their category.
3.Each category will have a maximum of 10 entries. (Note: Only one(1) participant per category will be allowed if a madrasah intends to let their morits participate in all the five(5) categories.
4.Participants will send their video recital to [email protected].
5.Each participant will be given maximum 4 minutes to recite the surah.
6. The video must be submitted on or before the deadline.
7. The winner will be announced in the Al Amal Helping Hands International Inc. and NCMF Davao page.
8. The virtual competition will be played via Live Stream at the AAHHI and NCMF Davao page.
9. Children are advised to wear formal attire.
10. 1st Prize Winner will be invited to attend the 2024 Davao Regional Qur’an
Reading Contest together with the parent/guardian (date and venue to be announced).
