Glory to God for a meaningful and fruitful Organizational Shopping at USeP-CDM!

This year’s Organizational Shopping gave students, especially freshmen, the opportunity to discover and choose organizations where they can belong, serve, and grow.

We started the day with a meaningful fellowship together with LAYF where Staff Joy shared about the importance of joining a campus ministry and finding a community that can help students grow not only academically, but also spiritually.

During the main event, Josephine (our newly elected President) had the opportunity to introduce our ministry and share our heart and goal for the campus—to make disciples, build a Christ-centered community, and help students grow in their relationship with God.

Despite the intense heat, we were blessed by our Korean-American visitors, led by Missionary Priscilla Huh, who generously offered ice cream to students who signed up for JDM plus school supplies as freebies and treated our members to a wonderful lunch. And Ate Shaira Tesoro (an alumna) for supporting our officers with dinner and also supporting us with school supplies. We are truly grateful for their love and generosity!

Most of all, we praise God for 53 students who signed up for JDM! We pray that these students will not only sign up, but will truly commit to Bible Study, TTS, and the JDM community, and that they will continue to grow in faith and in their relationship with Christ.

And another reason to celebrate—Glory to God, we won 1st Place for Best Booth!

This would not have been possible without our amazing JDM members who generously gave their time, skills, creativity, and energy to decorate the booth, set everything up, and invite students into our growing community.

Thank you to everyone who served behind the scenes and on the frontlines. Your labor for the Lord is never in vain.

Yesterday, August 10, JDM joyfully took part in the Abre Klase 2026 booth display at UM Tagum College.

It was a blessed opportunity to welcome students with fun, fellowship, and the love of Christ. We gave free school supplies to those who won in our draw, along with bookmarks and gospel tracts. We also shared about JDM and our vision for discipleship.

From the very start, the atmosphere was filled with excitement as we presented our mission. Throughout the day, more than one hundred students visited our booth. Praise God, some expressed their willingness to join our Monthly Fellowship and weekly Bible studies.

Truly, God is good! He made everything possible. We give all glory to Him for allowing us to shine His light on campus. Yesterday was more than just an event; it was a testimony of His Kingdom advancing through students who are ready to live out their faith.

Please continue to pray with us that this new academic year will be fruitful, and that many students will encounter Jesus personally. May we raise responsible and reproducing disciples not just in quantity, but in quality who will lead others to Christ. Please also lift up Ate Mui, Ate Werlyn, Ate Nicely, and Kuya Jessriel in prayer, that God may strengthen and guide them as they lead and disciple students on campus. Pray especially for Ate Mui and Ate Werlyn, that the Lord will grant them protection and endurance as they travel weekly from Davao to Tagum.

For Christ, From the Campus, To the Nations.

Last Friday, we had a BBQ Fellowship together with the All Nations Church, Los Angeles Vision Trip team. Indeed, it was a night of fellowship and meaningful conversations!

After enjoying the BBQ and other sumptuous food, we worshiped the Lord together. We then heard a short exhortation, followed by encouraging testimonies from the ANC team.

The highlight of the evening was the lecture, “Redeeming Money: How God Reveals and Reorients Our Hearts,” by Bro. Corey Park. The message gave our students and alumni members an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be good stewards of God’s resources and to examine the condition of our hearts when it comes to money.

We also took time to pray for God’s direction for this Academic Year and for open doors for ministry on the campuses.

It was truly a meaningful evening of fellowship, worship, learning, and prayer. We thank the Lord for the opportunity to gather, encourage one another, and seek His guidance together!

From one step of faith to a movement reaching campuses, communities, and nations --- God has been faithful every step of the way!

Together, let us celebrate 28 years of:
Lives transformed by the Gospel; Disciples making disciples; Students becoming servant leaders; Friendships that became family;
Prayers that became testimonies; And a mission that continues to reach the next generation.

But this is more than just a celebration of the past. It’s a celebration of what God is still doing and an invitation to be part of what He will do next!

Come celebrate the faithfulness of God, remember the stories that brought us this far, reconnect with the JDM family, and get ready for the next chapter of the mission.

We had our Club Day at USeP Obrero last July 29 Wednesday. Thank God for the help of our incoming officers and new freshman members. Thankful also for the help of our outgoing officers for their support.

Continue to pray for USeP Obrero campus ministry. May the Lord be honored and be glorified and students may encounter Jesus personally and experience transformation by His grace.

Acknowledging God’s steadfast love, we celebrate the success of JDM Campus Ministry at USeP Apokon’s Club Day yesterday , where new students were warmly welcomed. The event provided a meaningful opportunity to connect, share JDM’s vision, and invite students into the community.

Praise God for those who visited the booth, joined the activity, and expressed interest in becoming part of the ministry. Their response brought joy and encouragement as new relationships were formed.

With hopeful anticipation, we look forward to seeing God’s transformative work this academic year, praying that these students grow in faith, stand firm in biblical truth, and deepen their walk with Christ.

May the connections made bear lasting fruit for His glory as JDM continues to reach more students with His love and truth.
