City High Bible Study ✨

Acts 27:17 God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us.

God created humanity with a need and desire to know Him. People may search for meaning, purpose, identity, and hope in many places, but ultimately these point us toward our Creator.

Bible Study with Grade 9 City High students—Andrea, Christine, Adie, Xyreen, and Kisha. After celebrating the Chuseok activity with the SPFL students at K Center, we stayed behind for our scheduled Bible study. We are thankful to God for the opportunity. May they continue to grow in their knowledge of God and in their relationship with Him.

JDM World Community Weekly Fellowship ✨

Glory to God for today 🙌
Students are getting busier these days as they prepare for their examinations next week, so some were not able to join us. However, we are thankful to God for the opportunity to gather together and hear God’s Word shared with us by Associate Staff Jona.

We learned about how God met Prophet Elijah in the midst of his despair. When you are tired and weary, come to God and He will give you rest. When we are burdened ans overwhelmed, God gives us the time and space to process what we are going through and find our way through it be being honest with Him, opening our hearts to Him, and facing the truth. We may become broken and wander. We may ran away like Elijah but God continuous to pursue us. God will not abandon us in the battle we thought we had to fight alone. He is with us and will remain with us.

Praise God for these souls who desire to study His Word and know Him more. 🙏 Please pray with me that they will continue to grow in the Lord, and pray for wisdom and guidance for me as I lead them.

JDM World Community Campus Fellowship

Yesterday, we had our weekly campus fellowship. Praise God that we were able to meet together with our six members, especially since it has been challenging to find a time when everyone is available due to our different schedules.

We also celebrated the birthday of our Vice President, Miles. Our Campus Student President, Cristal, generously sponsored our delicious snacks.

We thank God for the opportunity to fellowship, celebrate together, and continue growing as a family in Christ. 🙏❤️

Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." That doesn't mean He'll fulfill yours, it means He'll plant His as delight in Him.

Life in campus ministry is not always easy. It takes time, patience, faith, and a willingness to walk alongside students through every season. But through this family, we are reminded of the joy of sharing life and growing together in Jesus through discipleship.

Every Thursday and Friday at JDM UM Matina, we take time to pause, reflect, and celebrate God’s goodness. More than just gathering, it is an invitation to know Him deeper, grow in His Word, and encourage one another in faith.

We are especially joyful to welcome Sophia, 1st-year Nursing student and daughter of our former staff members, Rabe & Marissa; Angela, a 3rd-year BSA student; and Joe, a 1st-year BSA student.

We may be growing slowly, but we are growing! And for every life being reached, every friendship being formed, and every step toward Jesus—we praise the Lord!

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” -Hebrews 10:24

To God be all the glory! Growing together, walking together, following Jesus together.

Last September 1, 2026, during Club Day at Davao de Oro State College, JDM was blessed with the chance to set up our booth and welcome students eager to know God and learn about JDM vision. We are thankful for every student who stopped by, signed up, and expressed their desire to be part of this journey.

With faith, we continue to pray for God’s favor and new doors to minister, build friendships, make disciples, and share His love on campus.

May He raise servant leaders who will shine for Christ and carry His mission forward! 🤍🌊

From the campus to communities, from one disciple to another, and from one generation to the next, God has continued to use ordinary people to accomplish His extraordinary mission.

Through the years, we have seen students encounter Christ, disciples grow in faith, leaders raised up, churches established, and missionaries on campuses sent. Every story reminds us that the mission is God's, and He is the One who sustains it.

But we are not only celebrating what God has done. We are looking ahead to what God will do through the next generation. From the campus to the nations. From one disciple to another.
From one generation to the next.

28 years of God's faithfulness. One continuing mission. A new generation to send.

Glory to God alone!
