Great leadership requires a solid foundation and that foundation has successfully been laid. Our delegates have officially returned from Club Balai Isabel after completing the Scholars Leadership Camp 2026!

From May 13 to 17, 100 scholar-leaders from Region IV-A with our very own TUPC scholars at the forefront went through the rigorous process of being built into the future executives and public servants of the Philippines. While the camp has concluded, it marks the true starting line for a lifetime of patriot scholarship and transformative action.

Today, we honour millions of Filipinos whose daily sacrifices make our world more productive. We honour the farmer who feeds the country while having very little to eat himself. We honour the teacher who paves the future of children under a leaking roof. We honour the service worker who continues to smile and show hospitality even after a long, bad day of working. ✊

It was never about what we could give, but about the 𝐔𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐘 we could build.

𝐔𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐘, a drive out of a shared calling to walk alongside others. From the opening prayer to the warm up dance, everyone was fired up. Through the games designed for us to stop and reflect, we see the beauty of a heart continuously dreaming, reminding us that our past doesn't define our future. ✨🕊️

Sharing snacks and ending with lifting our voices in praise and worship reminded us that there’s no "us and them." We’re all just people walking the same path, trying to do better. 🤝

We express our deepest gratitude to everyone that supported this drive, It wasn’t just a successful drive—it was a day where we all felt a little more connected. 🫂🫶

About a year ago, three 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒕 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒔 brought the TUPC spirit to Talisay, Batangas for the 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑 (𝑺𝑳𝑪) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. ✨

It’s been a year since that trip, but the lessons and memories from the camp still lead the way. Now, it's your chance as the 𝑺𝑳𝑪 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 also awaits!

Every contribution reaching De La Salle Bahay Pag-asa was made possible by the combined effort of our generous donors and dedicated volunteers. These preparations for "𝗨𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗬" showcased the power of a community working together to sort, pack, and organize every resource. Looking back, the synergy between those who gave and those who served ensured that our mission of connection was realized. This behind-the-scenes teamwork was the true foundation for the meaningful impact we shared with the youth. 🤝🏠

Did you know the early church called this day the "𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘚𝘢𝘣𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘩"? It’s the only day of the year where the liturgy is completely silent.

We spend so much of our lives waiting—for the opportunities, for an answer, or even just for the weekend. In a culture that demands we always be moving through our calendar chaos, Holy Saturday gives us permission to just... be. It’s an invitation to trust the process even when the answers aren't clear and the room is silent.

As it is written: "𝗕𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗺."
— Psalm 37:7
