🐾 OPAWRATION XVII: ANOTHER PAWSOME VICTORY!🐾

Through the partnership of WPAA with Biyaya Animal Care, we successfully had 17 community cats and 1 dog sent for Spay/Neuter during OPAWRATION XVII! The animals shall be at BAC facility until their return on Friday.

Every kapon is a step toward a healthier, safer, and more humane community for our beloved animals.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this possible—especially the dedicated cat handlers who generously shouldered the costs of the procedures themselves, as well as everyone who supported WPAA’s fund drive. Your compassion and commitment are what keep this advocacy moving forward.

Together, we are helping reduce animal overpopulation, improve animal welfare, and create a better environment for both pets, community strays and residents.

We hope this inspires more WP residents to care, participate, and support our advocacy. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps make a difference in the lives of countless animals.

Faith's Status Update:

Faith, one of WP’s former stray dogs, was once the female version of Houdini—always finding a way to slip away and keeping WPAA Prime volunteers on their toes during countless rescue chases. Today, Faith has traded her escape artist days for the comfort of a loving furever home. Relaxed, happy, and secure, she no longer feels the need to run—because she has finally found where she belongs. ❤️🐾

Charlotte's Status Update:

Once labeled as “risky,” Charlotte was simply a lonely dog waiting for the family she once knew to come back for her. Rescued from Charlotte St. of WP, she spent two months in the loving care of WPAA Prime volunteers, where her true personality shone through—a playful, affectionate soul longing for connection.

Today, Charlotte is thriving in her forever home after being adopted last January. Her journey reminds us that behind many misunderstood dogs is a heart that only needs patience, compassion, and a second chance. ❤️🐾

Thank you again to everyone who helped rescue, foster, and believe in Charlotte until the right family found her.

Today, Aspie stands as a testament to resilience, compassion, and second chances.

We hope Aspie has left her life on the streets behind and now knows only the love, comfort, and security of her forever home.

Aspie is one of WPAA’s greatest success stories—a living testament to what patience, dedication, love, and compassion can achieve. Her journey reminds us that no animal is ever too broken, too wounded, or too far gone to be given a second chance.

Today, Aspie is thriving because people, particularly WPAA prime volunteers, chose not to give up on her. And that, perhaps, is the greatest victory of all.
