Lubos ang aking pasasalamat sa APEX Alliance sa pagkilalang "The Noble Arward for Excellence in Local Legislation and Community Leadership." Isang karangalang iniaalay ko sa bawat Calambeño na patuloy na nagtitiwala at sumusuporta sa aking ALDABEst na serbisyo. 🏅💚

Sa araw ng aking kaarawan, ang tanging hiling ko ay ang mas progresibong Calamba — lungsod na may malasakit, pagkakaisa, at patuloy na pag-unlad.

Lubos akong nagpapasalamat sa APEX Alliance Council Awards and Ministry sa pagkilala sa akin bilang Honoree ng The Noble Awards 2025 for Exemplary Leadership in Local Governance.

Bilang inyong Pangalawang Ama ng Lungsod ng Calamba, taas-noo kong iniaalay ang karangalang ito sa bawat Calambeñong aking pinaglilingkuran araw-araw nang may malasakit, katapatan, at tunay na Alagang Lazaro.

Hindi man ako ang pinakamagaling, pero sinisiguro kong ako ay palaging nasa tabi ng mga taong nangangailangan. Dahil sa Calamba, walang maiiwan.
