May mga pagod na hindi naaayos ng tulog.

Yung tipong kahit nag-break ka na,
kahit nag-distract ka na,
parang may kulang pa rin.

Minsan hindi natin napapansin,
pero nasasanay na lang tayo sa “okay na yan”—
kahit hindi naman talaga tayo okay.

Akala natin rest na yung sandaling relief,
pero hindi pala siya yung talagang nakakapagpagaan.

Si Jesus, hindi lang Siya nagbibigay ng pahinga—
Siya mismo yung pahinga.

Sabi Niya,
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

Hindi lang panandalian,
hindi lang takas sa bigat,
kundi tunay na kapahingahan.

Baka kaya ka pagod…
kasi hindi ka pa nagpapahinga sa tamang lugar.

Sa lahat ng pagod—pwede kang magpahinga kay Jesus.

Another powerful Basketball Lifegroup happened tonight, 7-9PM at Sir Melan’s place!

Tonight’s message was: “Finding Rest in His Presence”

1 Peter 5:7 AMP
[7] casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].

Life can get heavy sometimes — pressures, problems, struggles, and silent battles. But tonight, we were reminded that we don’t have to carry everything alone. God invites us to lay down our worries and find true rest in His presence. 🙏

Thank you to everyone who joined, shared, listened, played, and grew together tonight. This is more than basketball — this is brotherhood, faith, and learning to trust God even in the middle of challenges.

See you again next week!
