Every blueprint begins with a vision, and every lasting structure is built upon a strong foundation. Throughout your years at Camarines Norte State College, you became the foundation of valuable initiatives, transformative leadership, and genuine service within the PICE-CNSC Student Chapter.
While taking on the challenges of civil engineering, you willingly chose to lead with purpose, carried the responsibility of leading your fellow students with dedication and sincerity. Through your efforts, you helped build a community that values teamwork, excellence, and service.
