Following the success of the "𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐓𝐚𝐲𝐨" urban farming event, the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and 𝗖𝗪𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 of 𝗡𝗖𝗕𝗔 𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗼 are excited to share a special 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with all of you. 🌱 “𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙏𝙖𝙮𝙤: 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙉𝘾𝘽𝘼 𝘾𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙤”

The 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and 𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 of NCBA Cubao successfully held the "𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗼" event last March 31, 2025, and this photos captures all the best highlights from that productive day. The event focused on teaching 115 students and 23 residents from 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗮 𝗜𝗜𝗜 how to grow their own food through sustainable methods like hydroponics and organic composting with the help of the 𝗝𝗼𝘆𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺. The program was filled with meaningful moments, from the educational seminar in the AVR to the lively intermission numbers and games prepared by the students.

The celebration continued at the NCBA Mini Garden with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony led by, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐌. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐁𝐀. to officially showcase the team's hard work. It was a heartfelt afternoon as the students participated in live harvesting and distributed fresh vegetables and giveaways to our guests from the local community. We were also honored to have faculty members 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐠𝐨𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫. 𝐃𝐣𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚 in attendance to support this green initiative.

Under the guidance of our dedicated adviser, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐌. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐁𝐀., this project proved that we can build a more sustainable and food-secure future even in the heart of the city. Dr. Djonito Ursua, now the Dean of the College of Business Administration, graduated in 1998 with a BSBA major in Management from NCBA Fairview.

What many may not realize is that his journey almost never began—he was nearly denied admission as a student of National Collegen of Business and Arts. But, through unwavering perseverance and determination, he turned that near rejection into a powerful turning point.

Today, he stands as a leader and mentor, shaping the minds of future business professionals and proving that where you begin does not determine where you can go.

Your story is still unfolding—this could be the moment where everything begins.

As the Prelims Exam week approaches, this is your reminder that every late night, every review session, and every sacrifice is leading you closer to your goals. January 28–31, 2026 is not just about exams—it’s about proving to yourself how far you’ve come and how capable you truly are.

This is the time to stay focused, disciplined, and determined. Trust the effort you’ve already put in, believe in your preparation, and don’t let pressure overpower your confidence. It’s okay to feel nervous—what matters is showing up, doing your best, and never giving up.

Take care of your mind and body, pray if you need to, rest when necessary, and keep pushing forward. Remember, exams do not define your worth, but they do reflect your hard work and perseverance.

Where Passion Met the Stage

Earlier at the BA AVR, we witnessed an inspiring audition filled with talent, courage, and dedication from different college departments. Each performance showed not only skill, but also confidence, creativity, and the willingness to step out of one’s comfort zone.

The stage became a place where voices were heard, movements told stories, and passion was clearly felt.
There were nervous moments, powerful performances, and loud applause—but most of all, there was unity. Despite coming from different departments, everyone shared the same goal: to give their best and express themselves.
