The SK Pambayang Pederasyon-President Roxas successfully conducted the GEMS Orientation (Governance, Empowerment, Mentoring, and Service) for SK officials, equipping young leaders with essential knowledge, skills, and values needed for effective youth governance last June 2, 2026, at RHU Function Hall, Poblacion, President Roxas, Cotabato.📚💻

With the help and support of Municipal Mayor Hon. Jaime H. Mahimpit, Vice Mayor Hon. Tropa Ni Jomah, MLGOO Engr. Darwin A. Agbon, LYDO Mr. Ian Lachica, SKMF President Hon. Jastine Claire Sarmiento Dejecacion, and guest speaker Mr. Alex C. Bullanday, LGOO II, the event was a success.❤️

This initiative reflects the commitment of the SKMF in empowering young leaders and fostering a new generation of dedicated, competent, and service-oriented public servants. 🫡🙌

Today, we honor not only our history, but also the dreams, sacrifices, and dedication of every resident who continues to shape a brighter future for our municipality. Together, we celebrate our culture, our strength, and the spirit that keeps our community moving forward.

The SK Pambayang Pederasyon-President Roxas 𝐒𝐊 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 has officially come to a meaningful close—leaving us inspired, empowered, and more committed than ever to serve our fellow youth. 💪🌱

Over the past modules, our Sangguniang Kabataan officials were equipped with essential knowledge on leadership, governance, youth development, and ethical public service. More than just a requirement, the SKMT and Reorientation became a space for learning, sharing experiences, and strengthening our sense of purpose as young leaders.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Mayor Jaime H. Mahimpit, Vice Mayor Tropa Ni Jomah, and our resource persons Ma’am Paz Bautista, Engr. Darwin Agbon, Ma’am Anthonmie Namia, Ma’am Adelie Sereño and LYDO Ian Lachica for generously sharing their expertise and wisdom, and to everyone who worked behind the scenes to ensure the success of this training. Your guidance played a vital role in shaping leaders who are ready to listen, act, and lead with integrity.

As we move forward, may the lessons from this training reflect in our programs, projects, and everyday service. The SKMT may have concluded, but the real work of leadership and youth empowerment continues.
