On this blessed month of Ramadhan, UBEC were able to share a special moment in line with the core advocacy to serve our community. Yesterday, February 28 and the 10th day of Ramadhan, we've visited again a Madrasah/Orphange and brought some foods for iftar and sacks of rice to sustain their daily comsumption. This Madrasah caters more than a hundred students, some are orphans from different municipalities. While the management is facing financial constraints, their survival relies only by the grace of Allah and the support of some concerned donors.

May this simple initiative inspires others to help those who are in need in any means.

Today (January 15,2026), we have conducted a Community Outreach Program in partnership with PPO-MDS Medical and Dental Team leaded by PCAPT Jessie Quitevis as part of our commitment to serve communities/group.

The said activity benefited a group of Orphans in Brgy Limpongo, Datu Hoffer, MDS.

UBEC and PPO-MDT upholds their core mandate in bringing services to communities that need the most. The said activity includes feeding program, vaccination, distribution of bottled waters and sacks of quality rice.

As mentioned by one of our Kuya PLTCOL Esmail, in TFOE-PE everyone is equal, none is higher over the other, and services should be given to all.

As part of our core values, UBEC continues to promote the campaign against injustices and to educate vulnerable groups concerning their rights and responsibilities.

On January 10, 2026 (Saturday), we've conducted a Seminar on R.A. 9262 or the Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) leaded by our partner organization the Rotary Club of Cotabato - East held at Brgy Hall of Rosary Heights 7, Cotabato City.

"VAWC Seminar is an annual activity of Rotary Club of Cotabato - East as part of their Seven Areas of Focus at the same time, it is also included in the Four Core Values of UBEC" - Rotarian Eagle Omar B. Patadon.

We joined the celebration of Cotabato Empire Region 1 anniversary held at Amaya Beach Resort in Datu Odin Sinsuat, MDN.

Present in the event are Regional Governors from CER1, CER2 and CER3. It was also graced by Kuya Eagle PCOL SULTAN SALMAN SAPAL and other Kuya from 7 Clubs under CER 1.
