As a new academic year begins, students, educators, and professionals alike often find themselves occupied with the demands of study, work, and daily life. Amid these responsibilities, the pursuit of Islamic knowledge is frequently postponed until schedules become less demanding.

Maguindanao del Norte — On March 08, 2026, the founders and members of 𝐒𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇-𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 from Davao City and Cotabato City successfully implemented the Water Pump Project for our target beneficiary, Markaz Nurul Aytam, located at Brgy. Semba, Datu Odin Sinsuat, MDN.

In the pursuit of spreading 𝒔𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒒𝒂𝒉 𝒂𝒍-𝒋𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒉 to the community, the delegates of SAKINAH-YFP journeyed across provinces to witness the success of the organization’s annual water pump project during the Holy Ramadhan. This success means a safe source of water for drinking, ablution, and other daily necessities for our dear aytam and akhawaat. They dedicate their lives to the Holy Qur’an and Islamic studies with the guidance and knowledge of the resident asatidh.

This mission taught us the importance of being grateful to our ever-present 𝒂𝒍-𝑹𝒂𝒛𝒛𝒂𝒒, the one who sustains us amidst hardship and hopelessness. Looking back to our conversation with the ustadhz, they shared their stories of how they endured days with little to no meal for suhoor to prepare themselves physically and Iftar to break their fasts during Ramadhan. More so, they struggled to perform ablution before they could perform their obligation to Allah SWT. Only with Him did they reach for comfort through prayer with sabr and tawakkul.

Allah SWT says in the Qur’an:

"And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient."

Alhamdulillah, with your support of our vision, you became His instrument to answer their du’as for ease and sustainability. Your contribution and the collective effort of SAKINAH - YFP, may it be small in the eyes of this dunya, not only gave hope to our target beneficiaries but also pleased our Rabb, as it is our ultimate goal for everything that we do.
