The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental through the ISKOLAR ‘KO NG BAYAN (IKNB) PAGLAUM SCHOLARSHIP, in line with the PAGLAUM agenda of Governor Peter M. Unabia, the “Aggressive Program for Youth Welfare and Development”, aims to provide assistance to the underprivileged but deserving Misamisnons to obtain tertiary and post graduate education, especially in the fields of health care, social work and law. Not only does this program provide Misamisnons the aid in obtaining tertiary and post graduate education, this also serves as instrument in providing solution to the eminent brain drain in the province. Hence, the implementation of Mandatory Return Service to the IKNB PAGLAUM scholars taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Laws, that may be in high demand in the future.
The PAGLAUM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM with MANDATORY RETURN SERVICE was approved last July 29, 2024 with Ordinance no. 1627 – 2024 and will finally be accepting applicants for Academic Year 2025-2026 starting April 14, 2025!

𝗜𝘀𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗞𝗼 𝗡𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 (𝗜𝗞𝗡𝗕) 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗠 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮

Padayon ang atong paningkamot sa paghatag og edukasyonal nga tabang pinaagi sa Iskolar Ko Ng Bayan (IKNB) PAGLAUM Educational Assistance Program. Bag-ohay lang, atong gipangunahan ang payout sa Claveria, Misamis Oriental, diin 245 ka benepisyaryo ang nakadawat og pinansyal nga suporta alang sa ilang tuition, allowance, ug uban pang gastuhan sa eskwelahan. Kini usa ka hinungdanong lakang aron matabangan ang ilang pamilya ug mapalig-on ang ilang determinasyon sa pagpadayon sa edukasyon.

Nagpabilin nga usa sa atong prayoridad ang edukasyon, tungod kay kini ang pundasyon sa kalambuan sa atong probinsya. Ang IKNB, nga gisugdan ni Kanhi Gobernador karon Kongresista Bambi Emano, nagpakita sa atong padayong misyon sa Misamis Oriental sa paghatag og patas nga edukasyonal nga oportunidad. Pinaagi sa programa, naglaom kita nga mas daghang kabatan-onan ang makaangkon og dekalidad nga edukasyon aron sila mahimong instrumento sa kalamboan sa ilang komunidad ug sa tibuok probinsya.

Atong ipadayon ang pagpangita og pamaagi aron mapalapdan ang atong suporta sa edukasyon, kay ang kahibalo ug kinaadman mao ang yawe sa mas hayag nga kaugmaon alang sa tanang Misamisnon.

Last year, the IKNB Claveria Chapter dominated the IKNB General Assembly Bench Cheering Competition and was crowned Champion! 🎉🔥
