We reach out for help, but you added to our plate 😔 We just want to share that someone sent us this dog. We don’t even know who sent it because several people asked for our address saying they’d send food for our rescues. Of course, we were happy thinking help was on the way, but what we got was another responsibility. We’re feeling mixed emotions right now, pity for this pup, frustration at the person who sent it without thinking about our situation (we’re struggling financially), and also… relief that it was sent to us instead of being abandoned. But it’s still not right to dump another responsibility on us. This happened to us before, people said they’d send cat food but sent kittens instead. Please have mercy on volunteers like us, we don’t have unlimited funds.

This puppy is in bad shape and she needs to be taken to the vet ASAP. If anyone is willing to sponsor her treatment, please let us know. Any amount you can contribute will greatly help cover her medical expenses.

Not everyone may have space to welcome another stray cat/dog to their home. But a lot of us can share a meal with them.

Minsan lang po kami humingi ng favor na tulungan po kami para makabili ng food ng mga rescue po namin for tomorrow sana mapagbigyan at matulungan niyo po sila 😔 Kahit pang bukas lang po 🙏 Kahit ngayon lang po matulungan niyo po kami ulit. Hindi po madali magpakain ng maraming pusa sa araw araw. Minsan lang po kami humingi ng tulong sa food nila dahil kami po talaga nagpoprovide nun pero nasagad din po kami sa dami ng gastusin.

Baka may extra po kayo na pwede niyo po i-share po sa aming mga rescues 🙏

Would you be able to spare an extra P100 for our rescues? P100 can cover one meal for one rescue.

We’ve seen some comments asking if we’re only feeding the rescues when there are donations. The answer is "NO". From day one, we’ve never relied solely on donations for their daily meals. Humihingi lang po talaga kami ng tulong kapag gipit na po talaga kami tulad po ngayon 😔 Sunod sunod po ang expenses namin dahil pinapagawa po ang shelter.

Even before this page existed, we were already buying sacks of dog food and cat food from our own salaries. We budget for it the same way we budget for our own rice and ulam. There were months we ate instant noodles so they could have chicken and liver mixed in their kibble. That’s our responsibility, and we’ve always owned it.

But we’ll be honest with you we’re drowning right now 😔 Alam niyo naman po siguro ang struggle po namin ngayon.

May mga vet bills na kailangan pa po bayaran, pinapa ayos pa po ang shelter. On top of that, we’re still paying off loans we took out for past rescues.

Food has never been an issue before because we made sure it wasn’t. But with all these bills piling up at once, even the basic sack of dog food feels heavy 😔 Almost Php5,000 daily just for food. Hindi pa po kasama ang littersand for cats at iba pa nilang needs.

So yes, this time we are asking for help with food. Not because we’re lazy or irresponsible, but because we’re stretched thin trying to keep them alive, healthy, and build them a safe shelter all at the same time.

If you can spare a sack of food, a kilo of rice, or even P100 for their meals, it will go straight to their bowls. And if you can’t, sharing this post helps just as much.

We’ve carried this as far as we can on our own. We just need help getting through this rough patch so their stomachs don’t have to suffer while we figure out the rest.
