In a continued effort to engage in policy dialogue and youth development initiatives, 𝗞𝗙𝗣𝗢𝗣 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗼, represented by 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀. 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨, participated in the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐏𝐘𝐃𝐂) 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟏𝟎-𝟎𝟖.

During the session, Chairperson Temario presented KFPOP DdO’s Accomplishment Report, highlighting the organization’s efforts and ongoing initiatives. Discussions also centered on key agenda points affecting youth programs and community involvement.

Alongside the meeting, participants observed and contributed to the public hearing, reflecting a shared commitment to inclusive dialogue and informed decision-making for the welfare of the youth sector.

The activity underscored the role of youth leaders in fostering collaboration and sustaining meaningful participation in local governance.

Kabataang FPOP Davao, together with USWAG Mindanao, proudly participated in GO Volunteer 2026 at SM City Davao, a gathering of passionate individuals, organizations, and communities united by one goal: creating positive change.

Day 1 was filled with meaningful conversations, new friendships, and opportunities to share our advocacies with fellow youth and aspiring volunteers. Every interaction reminded us that volunteerism is not just about giving your time it is about using your voice, your skills, and your passion to make a difference.

In a generation often defined by trends, we choose to be defined by purpose. 🌱

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, listened to our stories, shared your own experiences, and showed interest in becoming part of something bigger than yourselves. Together, we are proving that young people are not waiting for change, we are creating it.

🌟 𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

Leadership begins with preparation, and change begins with empowered young people.

Over the course of 𝟰 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 consisting of 𝟭 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, our youth volunteers are being equipped with the knowledge, skills, and leadership competencies needed to become effective project implementers for the upcoming𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 (𝗔𝗦𝗥𝗛𝗥).

As we move beyond youth-only spaces, this initiative aims to foster meaningful collaboration between young people, parents, and community leaders. Through shared dialogue, learning, and collective action, we are creating safe and supportive environments that promote 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗦𝗘)
as a foundation for advancing ASRHR and addressing issues surrounding adolescent pregnancy and HIV.

These four days are more than just training sessions, they are opportunities to strengthen leadership, communication, facilitation, and community engagement skills that will soon be put into action during the 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐭 in two selected barangays.

🔥 The countdown to rollout has begun, and we are excited to witness these passionate young leaders transform learning into action and make a lasting impact in their communities.

Last May 26, Kabataang FPOP Davao joined the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Rizal Park, Davao City, not just to remember lives lost, but to remind every young person that awareness, compassion, and action can save lives.

In a generation where trends come and go overnight, one thing remains timeless: 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The youth are not just the future, we are the change happening right now. Every conversation about HIV awareness, every stigma challenged, and every life educated brings us one step closer to a safer and more informed community.

Different uniforms. Different nations.
Yet one shared mission to serve the people. 🤍

From every consultation, every medicine given, every smile shared, and every hand extended in Carmen, Davao del Norte, we witnessed how compassion speaks louder than language, rank, or borders.

This was more than a medical outreach.
This was humanity in action.

Thank you to the US Armed Forces, Philippine Armed Forces, volunteers, healthcare workers, and the community for making service felt where it mattered most.
