This is to inform all individuals who wish to file their 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐲 (𝐂𝐎𝐂) for the upcoming PAGLAUM Elections. Interested applicants must accomplish the form and submit all required documents within the official filing period: 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟒–𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Certificate of Matriculation (Form 1)
• Student Permanent Record
• 2x2 ID Picture

Please ensure that all information provided is 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞, as applications will undergo screening and validation by the PAGLAUM Election Committee. Only qualified applicants will be included in the official list of candidates.

𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦: 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩!

On April 16, 2026, PAGLAUM successfully conducted the 𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦: 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐚 𝐘𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧, held via Google Meet. The event brought together Indigenous and non-Indigenous students in a shared space of learning, dialogue, and collective action toward protecting ancestral domains.

Through insightful discussions, our speakers—𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨, who highlighted the importance of preserving nature and the environment, and 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐲𝐚𝐧, 𝐌𝐏𝐀, who discussed ICCs’ ancestral domain rights—deepened our understanding of the ongoing struggles and the vital role of unity in safeguarding our land and heritage.

The forum emphasized the power of awareness, dialogue, and solidarity in ensuring that our ancestral domains and cultural identity are preserved for future generations. Indeed, it was a meaningful step toward strengthening our commitment as stewards of the land and as advocates for Indigenous rights.
