As you reach this meaningful milestone, we want to honor and celebrate each one of you for your dedication, service, and unwavering faith throughout your journey in this ministry.

Your leadership in this organization has truly left a lasting impact. You did not simply hold positions—you led with purpose, humility, compassion, and love. Through your words and actions, you became instruments of God, inspiring and guiding others by the example you set. You showed us what it truly means to serve wholeheartedly and remain faithful even during challenging times.

Behind every successful activity, every fellowship, and every moment of growth within this ministry were your hard work, sacrifices, and commitment. You generously offered your time, energy, and hearts without expecting anything in return. Because of your efforts, this organization became stronger, more united, and more grounded in faith.

You are blessed not only with intelligence and talents, but more importantly, with hearts that genuinely love and serve God. Your passion, kindness, and devotion have inspired many lives, and your influence will continue to remain in this ministry even as you move forward toward new paths.

Thank you for everything you have done for this family. Words will never be enough to express how grateful we are for each one of you. Your presence, guidance, laughter, and dedication will always be cherished, and your legacy in this ministry will never be forgotten.

As you begin a new chapter in your lives, may you continue to carry with you the lessons, memories, friendships, and faith you have built here. We also pray that wherever life may lead you, you will continue to bring with you the God-centered values you learned through your service in this ministry—values of faith, humility, compassion, integrity, and love for others. It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we announce the passing of one of our promising graduating students, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲, who joined our Creator last April 30, 2026.

At a time when we should be celebrating milestones and looking forward to graduation, we find ourselves mourning the loss of a bright soul. The entire Cebu Normal University – Balamban Campus Alumni community extends its deepest sympathies and most sincere condolences to Claire’s family and loved ones during this incredibly painful time.

Today, April 14, 2026, marks a special milestone for our Interfaith Ministry as we officially received and wore our organization polo shirt🤍

More than just a uniform, it symbolizes our unity in diversity, our shared mission, and our commitment to serve with faith, respect, and compassion. Each thread represents the bond that brings us together despite our differences—reminding us that we are one in purpose and one in service.

We humbly extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Lead Minister, Ressel Regala, for being proactive and dedicated in making this organization polo possible. Your leadership and initiative continue to inspire us all.

We would also like to give special thanks to our Deputy Lead Minister, Ralph Quadalquiver, for creatively designing our very own polo shirt—your effort and talent truly brought this vision to life.

Our sincere appreciation as well to our beloved advisers, Miss Reggie Labastida and Miss April Marie Ardillo-Opon, for always being there to guide us and for serving as our role models in leadership and service.

𝓤𝓫𝓪𝓷 𝓚𝓲𝓽𝓪 𝓼𝓪 𝓟𝓪𝓰𝓹𝓪𝓼𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓶𝓪𝓽 𝓾𝓰 𝓟𝓪𝓰𝓭𝓪𝔂𝓮𝓰 𝓷𝓲 𝓢𝓮ñ𝓸𝓻 𝓢𝓽𝓸. 𝓝𝓲ñ𝓸

Renewed in Hope, United in Faith

This Holy Mass was a Thanksgiving Mass to honor God and Señor Sto. Niño for being with us through every challenge we have overcome. Despite all the difficulties we faced, He was always there for us—especially during times of calamities—faithful and present no matter what. Salamat kaayo, Señor Sto. Niño.

During the Mass, Father Cosme Dela Peña shared a meaningful reminder:
"Do not let anyone be overcomed by the power of evil; instead, overcome evil with the power of good."

He also reminded the attendees that the righteousness and goodness of person is shown by their actions: by doing good to others and by continuing to do good even to those who have done wrong to them.

No matter how people hurt you, always choose to do good. Being good helps us grow, and every challenge we face becomes an opportunity for growth. Through kindness, patience, and faith, we become stronger individuals and better instruments of God’s love.

Special thanks to the Interfaith family for making this event successful. It has been a long time since the campus last celebrated Sinulog, and this would not have been possible without each one of you.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Rev. Father Cosme Dela Peña for presiding over the Holy Mass and with his inspiring message to the attendees. Also to our pianist, Mr. Edsel Holganza, for his beautiful and prayerful musical accompaniment that truly enriched the celebration.

To the Ministery's advisers, Miss Reggie Labastida and Ms. April Marie Ardillo-Opon, thank you so much for always guiding us, for your constant support, and for teaching us to serve with dedication, responsibility, and heart. We are truly grateful for everything.

We would also like to thank Mr. Justine Monteron, our PATHFit Instructor, for his support.

Special thanks as well to JP Marayan for designing the stage; STM 1A for helping carry and arrange the chairs; and to our sound operator, Jhon Jemar Autentico.

Thank you to CNU Balamban - Rhythmica Culture and Arts Group and the 2nd Year students for their graceful dance offering to Señor Sto. Niño. To our lovely hosts, Niña Boris and Lovely Faith Baritua, thank you so much for your wonderful hosting.

We also extend our gratitude to the CNU Balamban Administration, Faculty and Staff for their guidance, support, and encouragement, and to all the students of CNU who participated and joined the celebration.

Lastly, we can say that with God, all things are possible. If you allow Him to enter your life, you will never regret it, because He gives unconditional love. He may allow challenges to come your way, but He will never give you trials that you cannot overcome. Through these challenges, you become wiser, stronger, and deeper in faith.

𝓞𝓷𝓮 𝓒𝓪𝓶𝓹𝓾𝓼. 𝓞𝓷𝓮 𝓕𝓪𝓲𝓽𝓱. 𝓞𝓷𝓮 𝓖𝓸𝓪𝓵.

Today, we gather as one community, hearts united in gratitude and purpose, to celebrate a milestone close to our hearts—the recognition of our school as a regular campus. This Thanksgiving Mass is more than a ceremony; it is a reflection of our unity, faith, and the shared dreams that guide us.

As an interfaith family, we come from different religions, beliefs, and backgrounds, yet we stand together in harmony. Our differences do not separate us—they enrich us, teaching us respect, understanding, and compassion. Together, we are stronger, bound by a shared faith in God and a common goal: to grow, serve, and thrive as one community.

During the Mass, Fr. Cosme Dela Peña reminded us of a timeless truth: everyone will face trials and challenges in life. These struggles are not to be feared, for through them, we grow. Each difficulty becomes a stepping stone, guiding us to the path where we are truly meant to be. With patience, perseverance, and faith, every obstacle transforms into a lesson, every challenge into an opportunity, and every trial into a doorway toward success and purpose.

To our advisers, Ms. Rej Bucag and Ms. Ardillo, thank you for your guidance and for always being there for us. Your encouragement inspires us to embrace challenges and to grow not only as students but also as compassionate, faithful individuals.

To my interfaith family, thank you so much for your cooperation and for giving your time today. Your presence and effort are truly appreciated. (To those not in the picture, we know you were busy helping with the event—thank you too!)

As we celebrate today, let us hold close the values that define us: faith, gratitude, unity, perseverance, and respect for one another. As an interfaith family, we shine as proof that when hearts and minds unite under God’s guidance, even the hardest trials become pathways to growth, purpose, and true success.

With faith as their compass and compassion as their mission, the CNU Balamban Campus once again extended its helping hands through the second wave of relief for the CNU Medellin Campus on October 10, 2025. More than just delivering goods, it was about sharing love, offering comfort, and reminding others that care and kindness can make a difference even in the simplest ways. Each shared smile and helping hand became a small reflection of hope and faith in action.

This mission reminds us that when people come together with genuine hearts, beautiful things happen. Service becomes more than duty—it becomes an expression of love. May this act of giving continue to inspire us all to walk in faith, to lift one another, and to keep spreading light wherever it’s needed most.🤍🙏

🚨 UNIFIED DONATION DRIVE! 🚨

CNU Balamban is calling on all students, faculty, and community members to join hands in our Unified Donation Drive to support families affected by the recent earthquakes in northern Cebu. This initiative aims to bring relief and hope to those who need it most.

We are accepting in-kind donations such as food, clothes, and hygiene kits, as well as monetary donations. Rest assured, all monetary donations will be properly accounted. Every little effort counts, and together, we can make a real difference.
