As part of the celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council in collaboration with the Sangguniang Barangay Council of Barangay Putat, invites our young individuals to join the BUSOG Program, a meaningful initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan dedicated to empowering children and youth through learning, wellness, and community engagement.

📌𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗦

1. The contest is open to all bonafide residents of Purok 5 Ilaya Putat, Tuburan Cebu.
2. Teams must consist of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of fifteen (15) members.
3. Participating teams are given the free - hand for their choice of music and costumes.
4. Performance should be done for a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes.
5. A deduction of 2 points will be given to the participants who less or exceed in the time limit.

📌𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗝𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚

1. Choreography (creativity & artistry, style & originality) - 50%
2. Ex*****on (timing & coordination, projection & expression) - 30%
3. Costume - 10%
4. Audience Impact - 10%
