With heavy hearts, Pawrolinian mourns the sudden and unexpected passing of Juday and Ryan, two dogs who had become familiar faces on the University of San Carlos โ Talamban Campus.
For many of us, campus animals are not simply animals we happen to encounter. They become part of our daily lives, faces we recognize, companions we grow accustomed to seeing, and quiet parts of the campus we come to care for. Their presence matters, and their loss is deeply felt among everyone in the community.
Today, we remember Juday and Ryan with love, respect, and gratitude. We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone who knew them, cared for them, and considered them part of their lives on campus.

PAWROLINIANโS STATEMENT AGAINST THE SUDDEN, HEARTBREAKING DEMISE OF THE USC-TC CAMPUS ANIMALS, JUDAY AND RYAN
The two campus animals, Juday and Ryan, have been cared for by a group of dedicated volunteers composed of the faculty, students, and staff who observed them to be healthy prior to their sudden and unexpected demise. However, in light of these circumstances, Pawrolinian has a responsibility to speak on matters concerning the protection and humane treatment of animals. We call for greater compassion, responsibility, and care toward the animals who share our spaces, including the campus animals of the University of San Carlos โ Talamban Campus.
Pawrolinian will continue to stand for animals who cannot speak for themselves.
Their lives matter. Their welfare matters. Their protection matters.
