In Christian theology, the circle, having no beginning or end, often represents eternity, wholeness, and the infinite nature of God. This kind of worship is a simple and intimate gathering for praise and music where the congregation sits or stands in concentric circles instead of facing a traditional stage. This facilitates shared participation, vulnerability, and establishes a sense of community connection with a simple set-up. The praise team is placed right at the center, no barriers, just us standing shoulder-to-shoulder, looking at one another, and lifting up a single voice of praise.
This fellowship set-up is a manifestation of our goal for this month, and it mirrors our theme, โ๐ ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ผ๐บโ. When we form this circle, we are to be reminded that aside from seeking God first, we are also making room to support, encourage, and worship alongside our fellow youth and brethren as we realize that when we put him and his kingdom first together, every individual need, worry, and anxiety in that room is surrendered to the one in the center, him who is worthy of all praise.
