Youth for Livable Communities YLC is a platform for the youth and communities to find creative solutions towards achieving sustainable development.

Launched in June 2012, Youth for a Livable Cebu (YLC) is the youth arm of the Movement for a Livable Cebu (MLC). The group was formed by young entrepreneurs who have come together in their love and passion to help make Cebu a better and more livable place to live in. Through our collaborations with like-minded individuals and organizations, we seek to foster open, constructive, and fun interaction

s that advance our individual and collective competencies to move us closer toward the livable Cebu we envision. We have identified five pillars that support a livable Cebu: Heritage and cultural preservation, socially responsible wealth creation, urban revitalization, personal and community well-being, and good governance. Let's work together towards a more livable Cebu!
