Have you had your screen detox yet?𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙧𝙖 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜, including screen time, can sometimes erode focus, disrupt sleep, increase stress, and reduce meaningful face-to-face connection.

The 𝐆𝐨𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐰𝐞𝐢 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 from the Pharmacy Department of Cebu Institute of Technology – University successfully attended the Module 1: Ignite Connection held earlier 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Sugar Crush: Breaking the Sweet Illusion, an educational program dedicated to raising awareness about nutrition and the hidden sugars present in many of the foods and beverages we consume every day.

As part of the 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 class of Third year students. Through engaging discussions and interactive learning sessions, participants were taught how to properly read and evaluate nutrition facts labels, identify hidden sugars under different names, and correct common misconceptions about diet and nutrition.

As part of the 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 class of Third year students, this educational program aims to spread awareness on how choosing the right routine with the right products affects a person’s glow ✨. It’s not only about enhancing how we look, but also boosting confidence and promoting proper hygiene.
Empowering self love and awareness in order to establish a better narrative 👑. This educational program aims to teach how to know one's skin type and the right routine that would benefit their skin type. Through better discussions and interactive displays, the forum breaks norms and stereotypes on who, what, and how skin care should be.

Taking extra care with details like our skin starts as a small step towards health consciousness, initiating a proactive approach.

The participation of the esteemed students are truly appreciated, making the afternoon's while truly fun. Remember, health and skin care should not be expensive, excessive, and grand 🙅. What matters most is how holistic and sincere it is 💓.
