JUST IN. (Received From the Office of the Secretary General) Kindly disregard the previous notice there was a clerical error. This is the Official Memorandum nullifying all the induction of new members of the clubs mentioned in this memo.

It is highly recommended that all concerned to adhere and respect the issuing offices, Office of the National President and the Office of the Secretary General and exhaust all efforts to legitimize the induction of your new members! You owe it all to them!

Comelec Resolution declaring the election conducted by the said "interim" officers of CVR XIV on October 20, 2024 as NULL and VOID for reasons among others, lack of legal basis or authority, misrepresentation and an attempt to usurp authority.

As such, the National Comelec finds such actions as a blatant disregard for established procedures of the Fraternity.

Please be informed that the induction ceremony of new members of these mentioned clubs conducted on October 13, 2024 at the Golden Peak Hotel did not go through the official process with this region as required by existing and mandatory national guidelines of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles.

This was also confirmed after verification with the Chairman, National Membership and our Secretary General, TFOE-PE Inc. In view thereof, the ceremony is NOT OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED that may adversely affect the membership status of all inducted applicants in the said induction. Should there be clarifications to this effect, all concerned is advised to coordinate with our Regional Chairman for Membership Eagle Vice Governor, Aris Gil Prieto.
