Base Camp Emergency Response Team A non-profit and free standing calamity response/rescue team originated in Cebu City composed of civilian volunteers from different entities.

We are a non-profit and a free standing composite emergency light response search and rescue unit which is composed of professional civilian volunteers with a purpose to respond disasters, emergencies and other major calamities within the Philippines. We are categorized as part of the Civilian Volunteers Organization (CVO).

Our Story

We are a non-profit and a free-standing composite emergency light response search and rescue unit that is composed of students and professional civilian volunteers with a purpose to respond to disasters, emergencies, and other major calamities within the Philippines. We are categorized as part of the Civilian Volunteers Organization (CVO). Started the year 2013 and conceptualized global coordination for calamity response.

Co-founded by two volunteers/photographers and reservists. Currently working with international rescue organizations from France, United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Israel, and Taiwan as global coordinators for disaster response. Purely non-partisan and fully rely on donors or volunteers support. Operated successfully on several rescue operations, medical missions, relief campaigns, educational drive, and institutional support.
