Vision and Mission

Sinag sa Hiraya is established by Level 1 Learners of Cebu Doctors’ University - College of Nursing, fortified through the National Service Training Program. As advocates for the welfare and wellbeing of all Filipinos, most especially those who are in impoverished situations, Sinag sa Hiraya aims to hold a distribution of goods that cater to the immediate needs of respective re

cipients. Sinag sa Hiraya believes that with every individual that chooses to lend a hand, is an individual more that is well-provided-for.
