QMC- Quota Metro Cebu Page This is the public page of QUOTA Metro Cebu. Click to see more... QUOTA Metro Cebu (QMC) is a non-profit service organization founded in November of 2007.

The group reaches out through various projects to benefit the hard-of-hearing, speech-impaired and the disadvantaged women and children. Though the years, Quota Metro Cebu’s signature project, the SPED Olympics involved several Special Education (SPED) Centers within Cebu City. Quota’s motto, “We Share,” guides members to develop friendships, encourage others, and promote international understanding.
