-Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Lapasan.
-Must be a resident of the sitio he will represent.
-Must meet the age requirement of the category he will compete in.

-Completed Team Registration Form.
-Valid ID or Birth Certificate showing the playerโs birthdate and address.
