John Edward Canda, MLGOO Ms. Julie Anne Jolampong, MSWDO Mr. Alden Mangrubang, and LYDC Members Hon. Faith Crysler Salud and Hon. Pamela Reyes, the training gave us a deeper look into ๐ต๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ฃ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒโ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. ๐
More than learning the process, we were reminded of the responsibility behind it: ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฉ ๐จ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ค ๐๐ฎ ๐ข๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฎ ๐ข๐๐ฎ ๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ข๐๐๐จ ๐ฃ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ. ๐ฐ๐ Every plan must have purpose, every budget must have accountability, and every program must ultimately serve the young people it was made for.
Thank you for reminding us that leadership is more than having a seat at the tableโit is having the courage to listen, the wisdom to plan, and the responsibility to ensure that every decision creates a meaningful difference in the lives of the youth.
