2. Visit the Office from 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 during the clearance period; from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀.𝐌. 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟎𝟎 𝐏.𝐌., with your clearance form and show the screenshots of the accomplished surveys. The GCO personnel will verify your responses through the respective spreadsheets of the 5 surveys before signing.

3. Log your name in the office log sheet before leaving the GCO.
