| JCIP CAVITE NORTH REGION STANDS OUT 💥

Excellence in skills development continues to define the Cavite North Region as its local organizations and leaders earn remarkable recognition in both area and national level.

JCI Imus Wagayway secured an impressive Rank 3, while JCI Noveleta Asin closely followed at Rank 4 in the JCIP Area 3’s TRES Academy Q1 Top 10 Local Organizations. Their achievements highlight a strong and consistent focus on developing members through quality trainings, capacity-building initiatives, and programs that translate learning into impactful community action.

Adding to this milestone, May Sotomayor, serving as the 2026 Regional Skills Development Director, has distinguished herself as a leader in training and development. She emerged as the Winner of JCI Philippines Trainer’s Edge 2026 through the Skills Development Director Hub and earned Rank 3 in the JCIP Area 3’s TRES Academy Q1 Top 5 Trainers. Her accomplishments highlight not only personal excellence but also the region’s dedication to nurturing competent, future-ready leaders.

Together, these recognition affirm that the Cavite North Region is tuning up leaders by cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development that builds competent, empowered, and future ready changemakers.
