We, JCI Tagaytay Kalikasan is deeply saddened to hear the news that our beloved member, Rafael Cabiles has passed away this morning due to a motor accident.

We offer our deepest condolences especially to the family and close friends of our dearest brother.

JCI Tagaytay Kalikasan BALLERS is proudly representing JCI Tagaytay Kalikasan to Tagaytay City Basketball League Season 1. This league gave them the chance to improve their skills, confidence, leadership, communication and teamwork.

Congratulations JCI BALLERS for making it this far.
