OFFICIAL UPDATE: 2026 SSV Phase 1 Election Recap

The Election Committee (ELECOM) is pleased to provide this official summary of the board elections held on March 8, 2026. This video serves as a transparent record of the electoral process—from voter verification and casting of ballots to the final tallying, securing of records, and the proclamation of our new Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Magna Carta for Homeowners (RA 9904), the newly elected Board also conducted an internal election of officers immediately following the proclamation to ensure a seamless transition of leadership and the continuity of community governance.

All election proceedings, including the secure handling and sealing of ballots and tally sheets, have been formally documented in the Official Minutes of the Election. These records are currently being maintained by the ELECOM and will be transmitted to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) upon the completion of all mandated administrative post-election procedures.

We thank the community for their active participation and cooperation in ensuring an orderly and successful election.

Sa pagtatapos ng ating 2026 Board of Directors Election, nais naming tugunan ang mga kasalukuyang talakayan na nagaganap sa ating page.

Ang mandato ng ating komite ay malinaw simula pa noong una: ang magsagawa ng isang eleksyon na maayos, patas, at alinsunod sa batas (RA 9904). Nauunawaan namin na ang proseso ng eleksyon ay maaaring magdulot ng mga katanungan at magkakaibang opinyon. Gayunpaman, naniniwala kami na ang integridad ng isang eleksyon ay pinakamahusay na ipinagtatanggol sa pamamagitan ng opisyal na mga rekord, legal na proseso, at pinal na resulta—hindi sa pamamagitan ng pakikipagdebate sa social media.

Sa pagtatapos ng ating 2026 SSV P1 Board of Directors Election, nais naming magpasalamat nang buong puso sa ating komunidad sa South Square Village Phase 1.

☝️Ang pagdaraos ng eleksyon ay hindi lamang pagbibilang ng boto; ito ay patunay ng ating pagkakaisa at disiplina. Nais naming pasalamatan ang ating mga Marshals, Watchers, at Volunteers na naglaan ng oras at pagod sa SSV Phase 1 Basketball Court upang masiguro na maayos, patas, at tapat ang ating proseso.

SA ATING MGA KAPITBAHAY: SALAMAT SA INYONG PAKIKILAHOK. Ang inyong boto ang inyong boses, at ikinararangal naming naging bahagi kayo ng isang prosesong may integridad. 🗳️✨

Nais naming bigyang-diin na ang lahat ng ating naging hakbang—mula sa pagpapatupad ng panuntunan hanggang sa pagbabantay sa mga balota—ay nakabatay sa 2024 Revised IRR ng RA 9904. ☀️ Magandang umaga, SSV Phase 1!

Sabi nga nila, ang pagiging leader ay parang pag-aayos ng Christmas lights: ang gulo sa simula, pero kapag nag-focus ka, sisindi rin 'yan nang maayos. 💡✨

☝️Aminin natin, minsan sa ating paglilingkod o kahit sa ating pang-araw-araw na trabaho, nakaka-drain ang mga "noise" at "drama" sa paligid. Pero gaya ng isang matibay na pundasyon, ang tunay na galing ay hindi kailangang sumigaw—ito ay nakikita sa resulta, sa disiplina, at sa pagtindig sa kung ano ang tama, kahit walang nakatingin.

🤫 TO THOSE LOOKING FOR THE "NOISE" AND "DRAMA"... 🗳️✨

☝️Sometimes, silence is not a sign of being "nonchalant" or afraid. In the world of serious public service and elections, silence is a sign of ORDER and INTEGRITY.

We understand some are looking for "reactions" or "shoutouts" on social media. But here is the truth behind the scenes at the SSV Phase 1 Basketball Court:

☝️Focus on the Task: Our team was so busy protecting every single ballot that we prioritized your vote over "selfies". Our priority is your voice, not our social media filters!

☝️A Peaceful Environment: The "quiet" you see is actually a sign of trust and discipline. As shown in our photos, there was a steady presence of neighbors at the court, patiently waiting their turn in an orderly fashion.

☝️Respecting the Rules: We strictly enforced the "No Gadgets During Voting" policy to protect the Secrecy of the Ballot as required by law. If you didn't see many "ballot selfies," it’s because our residents chose to follow the rules!

You don't need to make noise to prove you are working. Sometimes, the loudest voice is the mark left inside the ballot box. We chose to work hard in silence and let the successful results be our "receipt".

"Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise."

☝️Don’t be swayed by rumors or a lack of "likes". The truth is recorded in our Official Attendance Logs and the final tally. Let’s move forward with respect and unity as one Phase 1 family!

❤️ MULA SA PUSO NG INYONG ELECOM: Tapos na ang Halalan! 🗳️✨

Sa gitna ng init sa ating SSV Phase 1 Basketball Court, sa wakas ay nairaos natin nang maayos ang ating botohan. Pero bago ang palakpakan, dumaan po ang inyong ELECOM team sa matinding pagsubok.

☝️Hindi po naging madali ang lahat. Pagod sa katawan, puyat, at bigat ng kalooban ang aming hinarap. May mga pagkakataong kinuwestyon ang aming pagkatao at may mga humiling na baluktutin ang ating mga rules (RA 9904) at SSV P1 By-Laws. Nakakaubos po ng lakas at emosyon ang tumayo nang matuwid sa gitna ng pressure.

Ngunit pinili naming maging tapat. Pinili naming sundin ang batas kahit mahirap, dahil iyon ang tama. Kahit masakit sa damdamin, napanatili namin ang integridad ng aming Chairman at ng buong team. Ginawa namin ito para sa inyo—dahil ang tiwala ninyo ang pinakamahalaga sa amin.

Salamat sa inyong mga positibong mensahe; iyon ang nagpawi sa lahat ng aming pagod. 🩵💪
