Every Stretch Tells a Story 🐾

Cats stretch to boost circulation, warm up muscles, ease tension, mark territory, and show they feel safe. What looks like a cute pose is actually a healthy full-body reset.

STOP petting your cat if they do this

Your cat doesn't bite "randomly"...
you just missed the warning signs.

Cats ALWAYS communicate before reacting.

That tail flicking, ears going back, skin twitching -
those are all signals saying one thing:

"stop."

If you ignore them,
that's when the bite or scratch happens.

Once you learn these signs,
you'll avoid getting hurt and build more trust with your cat.

ANIMAL HOMELESSNESS CRISIS

So many cats and dogs without homes or uncared for? An animal welfare organization has drafted a model ordinance for local government units (LGUs) offering tax and business permit rebates to private veterinarians who provide free spay or neuter services a certain number of times per month.

A defenseless animal was found suffering—voiceless, helpless, and left at the mercy of cruelty that should never exist in any civilized society.

This cat was found at Azucena St., Brgy. San Pablo, Catbalogan City, in a condition no living being should ever endure.

This is not just “sad.” This is a violation of life itself.

Under the Philippine Animal Welfare Act (RA 8485 as amended by RA 10631), any act of cruelty, neglect, or abuse against animals is punishable by law. Animals are not objects. They are living beings entitled to care, protection, and dignity.

How far have we fallen as a society when we can harm those who cannot defend themselves?

Sugad ba kita ka waray kasing-kasing para kumastigo hin hayop?

Justice for this cat. Accountability must follow. Compassion must prevail. 🐾

Stronger animal care and enforcement in Catbalogan City. 🐾
