During todayโ€™s session, I had the privilege of presenting an ordinance establishing and implementing standard fees for the use of our municipal sports and cultural facilities, including the Sports and Cultural Center, the Carrascal Tennis Court, the Baywalk Covered Stage, and other related facilities, and for other purposes.

This measure aims to ensure proper regulation, sustainability, and equitable access to these public spaces while generating support for their maintenance and continued development. A small but meaningful step toward stronger, more sustainable local governance.
