Subject: School Clean-Up Operations and Continued Class Suspension

In the aftermath of Typhoon Uwan, which caused severe damage and heavy mud deposits across our academic facilities, the school is currently undergoing extensive clean-up operations. Makakapal po ang putik sa mga silid-aralan at ibaโ€™t ibang bahagi ng paaralan, kaya nagiging mahirap at mabagal ang paglilinis, lalo na po at kulang tayo sa suplay ng tubig.

In connection with this, the Administration hereby directs the following:
1. All employees (teaching and non-teaching) are required to report on-site to assist in the school-wide clean-up.
2. We are also calling for volunteersโ€”including willing studentsโ€”to help clean and restore affected school facilities.
3. Classes in all levels remain suspended until further notice, pending the completion of cleaning and safety checks.

Your cooperation is important to ensure the immediate rehabilitation of our school environment. Let us work together to restore normal operations as soon as possible.

Pursuant to the advisory issued by the DOST-PAGASA and Office of the Civil Defense/Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council regarding the impending landfall of Typhoon Uwan and in consideration of the expected adverse weather conditions, face-to-face classes in all levels are hereby suspended effective 3:00 pm today, November 7, 2025, until further notice.

All teaching faculty members are directed to implement asynchronous classes to ensure continuity of learning. Likewise, the Faculty meeting scheduled on November 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM is hereby postponed.

All teaching and non-teaching personnel are advised to take necessary precautions, stay vigilant, secure personal and institutional belongings, and always ensure safety.
All school-related activities are deferred until the suspension is lifted.
