Our last August birthday celebrant is Engr. Oliven Oco, so let's all greet him with a happy birthday. He started playing darts in January of 2011, taught and oriented by CNDAC veteran darters. He admires James "The Machine" Wade, internationally. Locally, he is inspired by Noel Malicdem. He uses Winmau Pl***oy (Pink) darts at 21 grams. Some of his memorable tournaments include getting into the Top 4 at the Paruyan Festival Darts Tournament, Champion in the 3-man team event at the Mantagbac Darts Tournament, and 1st Runnerup in the 3-man team event in the Pinyasan Darts Tournament. His future goal is of course to win more tournaments and trophies, and to eventually involve his children in darts as well. Currently, he works in PABEO (Provincial Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering Office). "Big Ven" is focusing now on maintaining consistency in his game and we are sure to see more great things from him. God bless and happy birthday!
