Joint Meeting and Final Planning for the International Exchange

A joint meeting was conducted with the Hinipaan Base Group and Matoogtoog Aspirant Base Group to finalize the plans and preparations for the upcoming 16th International Council and International Exchange.

The meeting focused on the finalization of participants, coordination of responsibilities, program preparations, logistical arrangements, and other important matters to ensure the successful implementation of the International Exchange.

The two groups reaffirmed their commitment to work together, strengthen coordination, and actively participate in welcoming and accompanying the international delegates during their stay.

Orientation and Contact Work with Students and Working Students of Vineyard Asia Technological College

A contact and orientation activity was conducted with the students and working students of Vineyard Asia Technological College, The activity was facilitated by Mam Nora Lobos and Jolbert Rodenas, who introduced the Young Christian Workers (YCW) and its mission, vision, and activities.

The short orientation focused on encouraging young people, particularly working students, to become active, responsible, and organized young workers who can contribute to positive changes in their school, workplace, community, and society.

The activity also provided an opportunity to establish initial contact with the students and explore possible future collaboration and youth activities.

A meeting was held with the Adult YCW in Camarines Norte together with Mam Nora Lobos, YCW-CN Collaborator; Jolbert Rodenas, National Team Secretariat; Aurora Mira Quiñones; Gloria Jamito; and Juliet Mercado.

The meeting focused on updates and preparations for the upcoming Regional Chaplain and Collaborator Meeting on October 3, 2026, as well as the International Council on Oct 9-21, 2026 and International Exchange in Camarines Norte on Oct 5-8, 2026.

The gathering also included a simple celebration of Mam Aurora Mira Quiñones’ birthday, providing an opportunity for fellowship and strengthening the bond among the YCW members and collaborators.

Nitong Hulyo 20, 2026, matagumpay na nagsagawa ng pulong sina Mam Nora Lobos, Regional Collaborator ng Philippine Young Christian Workers (PYCW), at Jolbert Byron Rodenas, National Team Secretariat ng PYCW. Tinalakay sa pulong ang mga kasalukuyang kaganapan at usapin sa Pambansang Pamunuan ng PYCW, gayundin ang mga paghahanda para sa nalalapit na Pambansang Konseho na gaganapin sa buwan ng Oktubre 2026.

Nagkaroon ng makabuluhang palitan ng mga ideya at mungkahi sina Mam Nora Lobos at Jolbert Byron Rodenas hinggil sa epektibong pag-oorganisa ng isasagawang delegate exchange sa panahon ng Pambansang Konseho. Binigyang-diin sa talakayan ang kahalagahan ng maayos na koordinasyon, masusing pagpaplano, at aktibong pakikilahok ng mga delegado at mga lider upang matiyak ang tagumpay ng nasabing gawain.

Bukod dito, nakapagplano rin sila ng ilang gawaing pang-organisasyon, lalo na sa pagpapalakas ng operasyon ng Mercedes Young Fisherfolks Association (MYFA). Layunin ng mga planong ito na higit pang mapaunlad ang pamumuno, pagpapalakas ng organisasyon, at aktibong partisipasyon ng mga kasapi sa iba't ibang programa at gawain.

Bilang pagtatapos, napagkasunduang tipunin ang mga pangunahing lider sa rehiyon upang maisapinal ang programa at ang mga kinakailangang paghahanda para sa nalalapit na International Council at International Exchange.
